Local Talent UPDATE

BYU-Idaho student Ali Christensen and her sister Christina are currently contestants on "America's Got Talent". They performed "Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts Live on the show on Tuesday. America voted Tuesday night and the results show on Wednesday night revealed that Ali and Christina have been voted through to the next round. The duo returned home to Idaho Falls today to find their lawn decorated with congratulatory posters and balloons. Local News 8 has confirmed that the girls will now be home for the next two weeks until they return to Las Angeles for another live show.

You can view their performance from Tuesday nights show that has put them through to the next round. Don't forget to vote for our fellow BYU-I student when she returns to Las Angeles in August!

Fire in the Valley

A fire broke out in the valley on Tuesday night. As of this evening, Local News 8 has reported that the INL Fire is now 100% contained. Approximately 109,000 acres have burned since Tuesday. The cause of the fire is still unknown. As unhealthy as this is in the air, the smoke provided for some great photos of the sky over Jordan Ridge.

So, what do you think?

Lebron James?! What do you think? We have been watching the media frenzy over Lebron for the last WEEK! He had everyone on the edge of their seats, anxious to hear which team he was going to play for from now on. Last night on an ESPN prime time special, "THE DECISION", Lebron James announced that he would be leaving Cleveland to play for the Miami Heat. Dan Gilbert, Cavs owner, reportedly fired back with a letter to all Cleveland fans saying, " I personally guarantee that the Cleveland Cavaliers WILL WIN an NBA Championship before the self-titled former 'KING' wins one. You can take it to the bank!" (nba.fanhouse.com)
So, what do you think? Do you think Lebron James should have stayed with the Cavs? Do you think the Cleveland Cavaliers will win an NBA championship before the Miami Heat? How many championship titles do you give Lebron in the next five years? We want to hear from you!!!!!
