The Badger at Jordan Ridge
We have had an unsuspecting resident living here at Jordan Ridge for the past little while. We are not sure when he came but we stumbled upon his house! One day as our awesome grounds man, Dave, was pruning the bushes near the entrance of Jordan Ridge, he heard a loud growling coming from behind the Jordan Ridge sign. He looked down and to his surprise it was a badger! We called Animal Control and Fish and Game, but they would not help us. We were on our own! We purchased a cage trap and waited a few days for him to come out from under his rock. Without going into too much detail, he now hangs on the wall of our grounds guy's home! We named him Jordan!

Whats been going on with the Hot Tub??
First off, thank you for your patience as we have been repairing our hot tub. The repairs took much longer than expected. We had to wait much longer for the parts to come in than anticipated but everything is finally up and running!! In case you were wondering, this is what took place:
-Replace hot tub pump
-Replace exhaust fan in ceiling
-Drain and clean hot tub
-Install organizers for skimmer and vacuum
-Replace blinds (still in the process)
-Re-seal bathroom floor going to the hot tub
Here are some pictures of the completed work!
